Parents give to children at their own risk. Although every effort is made to ensure our products are securely attached or fastened, they do contain small pieces and therefore there is a risk of choking if swallowed. Always carry a spare tracheostomy strap in case of any unexpected problems or breakages.

We trust our supplier information to be accurate and act in good faith. We do not test materials provided by our suppliers and there is no guarantee against allergic reactions. Please be aware any magnetic clasps may interfere with pacemakers and other implants, and you should contact your GP before purchase.

Our products are handmade and therefore not identical. The images on our website are examples. We will try to replicate each product as closely as we can with the images on the website. Colours may vary. We try to keep our website up-to-date and accurate, but it is not always possible to ensure it is completely free of human and technological errors. If any product is faulty or broken on arrival after postage, Trachie Shack will happily mend or replace it following an assessment on return. Please contact us within 24 hours. If the product breaks within one month of use, we will fix and replace with no further charge, following an assessment on return. There is no guarantee of product life. Postage prices are determined by the weight of the package and the distance it has to travel. There may also be extra charges if special packaging is needed/requested.
